Happy Thanksgiving!...In May?

Yes, you read that right. "Happy Thanksgiving!" Well, it's actually "Happy FAKE Thanksgiving"...it all started with a frozen turkey and no room in the freezer. LOL - my girlfriend J had the BRILLIANT idea to do a themed lunch/dinner of Thanksgiving food so she could get rid of a frozen turkey that was taking up too much space in her freezer. And what a great idea it was...unfortunately I forgot my camera to document the whole affair. But don't fret, just visit her blog for the full story, pictures included!
