Appetizers went out 6 minutes late but happy to say the roast got cut on time!

First try at dry aging beef. This was more like air drying since I didn't quite meet the minimum of 3 days. (This was about 2 1/2 days of aging, but turned out pretty good!)

Brea Macaroons!

Finally, a place in Brea that sells macaroons! Now I can finally bring my good friend J some on a regular basis. :P I wish I had time to make macaroons again...maybe soon.
